You might be surprised at this approach to attracting the right people into your life! \nYou can’t be successful in your professional career or personal life if you don’t take Extreme care of the Asset! But what do these experts actually mean by “excellent communication skills”? \nWe human beings are complex animals! So it should come as no surprise that for us\, communication involves a complex\, often subtle range of verbal and nonverbal messages that we send and receive on both a conscious and unconscious level.\nIn order to successfully influence other people?particularly when they are of a different character\, culture or background from us–it is vital that we choose the right verbal and nonverbal messages and avoid those that keep us\nfrom having our desired impact. \nExcellent communicators are aware of this and use that awareness wisely to promote understanding\, build trust\, motivate others\, and help move people toward desired outcomes. \nPlease join us for a highly interactive session that explores and practices “the art of communicating to influence people and outcomes.”  You won’t want to miss this great opportunity to network while you explore ways to take your communication skills to the next level! \n▼Speakerのご紹介\nGinger Griggs is president of ASC Leader. Through consulting\, training\, and executive coaching\, she fosters leadership excellence and organizational transformation by helping leaders to build their Awareness\, Skill\, and Courage\, the elements for which her company is named. \nShe is also a professor at Kenichi Ohmae Graduate School of Business. \nA long-term resident of Tokyo who speaks four European languages fluently\, Ginger has an extensive background in both education and international business\, and holds Master’s Degrees in International Management\, Conflict Facilitation & Organizational Change\, and French Literature. \nAn active member of the Tokyo business community\, Ginger serves as co-chair of the American Chamber of Commerce Human Resource Management Committee and on the board of the United Sports Foundation.\nShe has also served as a board member and on the executive committee of the Tokyo American Club Board of Governors. Her passion is helping individuals and organizations achieve their full potential. \n  \n*English Announcement \n\n\n\nVital Japan 164th Monthly Session – June 16\, 2018\n*Topic: “Communicate to Influence People and Outcomes”\n*Speaker: Ginger Griggs\, President of ASC Leader\nSession in English only\n\n\n\n*When: Saturday\, June 16th\, 2018\n6:30-9:15pm (Door open 6:00pm)\nNetworking Party to follow at a casual Italian restaurant \n*Place: Tokyo Shigoto Center – B2 Hall\n3-10-3 Iidabashi\, Chiyoda-ku\, Tokyo \n*Access: 7 minute walk from Iidabashi Station\n10 minute walk from Kudanshita Station\n*Map \n*Language: English \n*Cost: 1\,000yen \n*Sign Up Form  Sign-up Now!\n(Max 150 people)\n*Session Flow:\n-6:30pm Networking time\n6:30pm: Opening\n6:45pm-: Workshop by the Speaker\n9:15pm: Session end\n(9:30pm- Networking Party at a casual Italian restaurant) \nPlease join us for an interactive workshop with Ginger Griggs\, President of ASC Leader. \nHow would you rate yourself as a communicator?\nParticularly in today’s fast-paced global marketplace\, excellent communication skills are consistently listed by experts as among the key criteria for success in both our professional and our personal lives.
